The Frank brand was launched back in 2022 with a couple of key ambitions - to keep energy simple ad straight-up, and to keep prices competitive.

With an eye on the future and with the desire to continue to deliver these things for our customers, we have taken the difficult decision to become an electricity-only energy retailer.

From Saturday 1 March 2025 we'll no longer supply LPG gas bottles.

Keep your gas flowing with Genesis

To make things simple, you can easily transfer your account over to Genesis.

Genesis and Frank are part of the same company, so we know they'll treat you right.

With Genesis, you'll get the same LPG gas bottles, same delivery schedule, same delivery and same great service, Plus, you'll receive a $150 account credit when you join them.

Genesis LPG rates are currently $164.99 per bottle (excluding GST) with a monthly rental fee of $10 (excluding GST). Your new rates will be confirmed before you sign up and Genesis terms will apply.

Want to shop around?

No problem. We encourage you to explore your options and switch to an LPG supplier of your choice, If you'd like to switch, please ensure this is completed before 1 March 2025.

What if you don't switch before 1 March?

If you haven't switched to another supply by 1 March, we'll transfer your LPG connection to Genesis on an open term plan to ensure your gas supply continues. We'll be in touch with more details about the transition to Genesis in the new year. Genesis rates and terms will apply.
