Whether you’re using the Frank Energy mobile app or accessing your account through a web browser, here’s everything you need to know about logging in, resetting your password, and troubleshooting common issues.
Accessing Your Account
Mobile App
Download the Frank Energy app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and enter the email address and password linked to your Frank Energy account.
If you’re new, you can create an account directly in the app using the same details as your Frank Energy services.
Web Browser
Go to the Frank Energy website and click Log In.
Enter your registered email address and password.
You can access all account features just like in the app, including billing, usage, and payments.
Using “My Account” Features
Once logged in via app or web, you can:
View and download your bills.
Track your electricity usage.
Manage payments and direct debits.
Update your contact details.
Access service and outage information.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset it easily.
How to Reset
On the login page (app or web), tap or click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address linked to your Frank Energy account.
Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the instructions.

Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.
Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email.
