🔑 Accessing Your Account
On the Frank Energy App
Download the Frank Energy app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open it up and enter your email address and password.
New to Frank? You can create your account right in the app – just use the same details linked to your Frank Energy services.
On the Web
Head to frankenergy.co.nz and click Log In.
Enter your registered email and password.
You’ll get access to everything – billing, usage, and payment info – just like in the app.
⚡ What You Can Do in “My Account”
Once you’re logged in (app or web), you can:
View and download your bills
Track your electricity usage
Manage payments and direct debits
Update your contact details
Access your service information
🔒 Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in, don’t stress — resetting it is easy.
How to Reset
On the login page (app or web), select Forgot Password?
Enter the email address linked to your Frank Energy account.
Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the steps.
🧩 Troubleshooting Password Resets
Not getting the email?
Make sure you’re using the correct email for your account.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Didn’t arrive? Try again — and give it a minute.
Link expired?
Request a new reset link and use the latest email (older links expire).
Still not working?
On mobile: try reinstalling the app.
On desktop: try a different browser or device.
