Logging in and Managing Your Frank Energy Account

Whether you’re using the Frank Energy mobile app or accessing your account through a web browser, here’s everything you need to know about logging in, resetting your password, and troubleshooting common issues.


Accessing Your Account

Mobile App

  1. Download the Frank Energy app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Open the app and enter the email address and password linked to your Frank Energy account.

  3. If you’re new, you can create an account directly in the app using the same details as your Frank Energy services.

Web Browser

  1. Go to the Frank Energy website and click Log In.

  2. Enter your registered email address and password.

  3. You can access all account features just like in the app, including billing, usage, and payments.


Using “My Account” Features

Once logged in via app or web, you can:

  • View and download your bills.

  • Track your electricity usage.

  • Manage payments and direct debits.

  • Update your contact details.

  • Access service and outage information.


Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in, you can reset it easily.

How to Reset

  1. On the login page (app or web), tap or click Forgot Password?

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Frank Energy account.

  3. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the instructions.


Resolving Password Reset Issues

General Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the reset email.

  • If you don’t see it, request the link again and wait for it to arrive.

Expired Reset Link

  • Request a new reset link through the app or website.

  • Only use the most recent email, as older links expire.

When Reset Fails

  • Mobile app users: Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

  • Web browser users: Try using a different browser or device.

  • If issues persist, contact Frank Energy support so they can raise an IT ticket for further investigation.
