If you have an LPG account with Frank Energy for you address, this guide below shows you how to place an order when you log into My Account on the Frank Energy website.

Step 1

Visit our website www.frankenergy.co.nz and select My Account at the top right corner, Already logged in? skip ahead to step 3

Log in to My Account with your email address and password

Click "Order more Bottled Gas" as shown below

Click "Place and order" as shown below

Step 5

Select how many bottles you require, either one or two, by pressing the "+" Button

then press submit to place the order for your exact quantity of bottles required

Please note: Orders must be placed for the exact quantity desired; for instance, if you require two bottles, you must order two bottles at once. Ordering one bottle plus another bottle separately will not result in two bottles being delivered to your address. This measure is in place to prevent accidental orders.

Step 6

Once you have submitted your order, you will see a confirmation message advising that "Your Order was placed successfully" You will also get a confirmation email sent to your shortly to confirm your order.
