Speak with a human agent: Request to speak with our team who can action this request for you
When closing your account, we'll need:
Your move-out date
Confirmation of your email address (for your final bill)
Current phone number
Forwarding address (backup contact method)
For meter readings: Smart meters provide automatic readings (give us 3+ days notice). Non-smart meters require you to provide a final reading on your move-out date - taking a photo is helpful.
