How do I close my account?

To get your account closed with us there are a couple things we need to know:

  • The date you are moving out,

  • Confirmation of your email address - to ensure you receive your final bill,

  • Up to date contact phone number - in case we need to reach out to you,

  • A forwarding address – on the off chance your email address doesn’t work.

If you have a smart meter you won’t need to provide a final meter reading as we’ll get your reading automatically, we do ask that you provide us with at least three days’ notice prior. For non-smart meters or non-communicating smart meters we ask that you provide us with a reading on your move out date. It is helpful if you take a photo of the reading.
