You can arrange your move through our App or My Account.
Open up ya app click on the 3 dots (top right) and select Move House.
Through a web browser head to My Account, under Profile and select Move House.
Step 1: Notify us of your move out date.
You will need to provide your current address and the date you are moving out to ensure we’ve got all necessary information to complete the move. This will involve providing you with a final bill for your current address.
Step 2: Add your new property address and connection date
Enter the new property address and the date you need the electricity and gas/bottled gas to be connected. We will check the availability of the services at your new location and confirm if we can supply along with your connection date. You will also be able to choose a plan that suits your needs and budget.
Step 3: Receive confirmation and enjoy your new home
We will send you an email to confirm that your new property is set up and ready to go. You will also receive your final bill for your old property within 10 working days of your move out date.
Depending whether you’ve got an existing arrangement set up for paying your Frank bills, you can pay via the App, My Account or call 0800 086 400 and use our self-service options to pay using a credit/debit card through.
