The following terms and conditions apply to the Ecobulb Promotion (Promotion). Redeeming a voucher for light bulbs is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. The Promotion is run by Frank*Energy (Frank). Frank has engaged Ecobulb Ltd (Ecobulb) to carry out some parts of the process.

2. The Promotion is subject to availability of light bulbs. A maximum of 5 light bulbs can be redeemed per voucher. Only one voucher can be redeemed per customer ICP. Vouchers can only be used to redeem light bulbs and will expire at the conclusion of the event. 

3. You consent to Ecobulb collecting your contact details, ICP number and number of light bulbs when you redeem your voucher. This information will be shared with Frank for the purposes of assessing the success of the Promotion, inviting you to take part in a follow-up survey, and monitoring your consumption to measure any difference in usage. 

4. Subject to your rights under law, Frank will not be responsible for any loss, damage or safety issue that arises from the Promotion. 

5. All light bulbs come with a 10 year warranty. If you have an issue with a light bulb, please send an email to [email protected] with your ICP number, light bulb type and postage address for the replacement to be sent.
