This article goes how to to view your Electricity usage on My Account via our website.

Below are the instructions on how you can check your electricity usage when you log onto My Account on our website.

Not sure how to log in? follow this link below or skip ahead to Step 1 if you are already logged in

Step 1

Once logged in you can view your electricity usage by either following Option 1. Clicking on My Products and then selecting Electricity Usage or by following Option 2 and clicking the ">" button as shown below

Step 2

Now that you are in the Your products and usage screen you can check your usage by filtering this either by Monthly usage, Daily usage, or Hourly usage.

Please Note: Electricity Usage History is NOT recorded in real time and is at least 2-3 business days behind.

ii. You can also click the kWh button on the right to also switch to see the $ value of your usage as well. And if you click download as CSV you can download your usage onto a spreadsheet.
