Have a bill based on an actual meter reading, not an estimate
Are not paying by Reliabill or Direct Debit
Below are the instructions on how you can request a credit refund when you log onto My Account on our website.

Step 1
After logging in to My Account, click Request a Refund
Step 2
Enter your Bank Details, Bank Account Name and Bank Account Number and click Apply Now
Great! Your Credit refund has been successful!
Please note it can take up to 2-3 working days to process into your account.
