If you have a credit on your account, you can request a refund through My Account or the App if you meet all of the following:
Have a credit balance on your account
Have a bill based on an actual meter reading, not an estimate
Are not paying by Reliabill or Direct Debit
You’ll receive your refund within 2-3 working days, if it’s over $800 this can take up to 5 working days.
