Below are the instructions on how you can download your Frank Bill when you log onto My Account on our website.
Not sure how to log in? follow this link below, or skip ahead to Step 1 if you are already logged in.
Step 1
After logging in or opening My Account, Click "Bills" as shown on the bottom of your screen.
Step 2
Click Transaction History
Step 3
Click the "Download" button on the copy of the invoice that you require
Please Note: If you click download and a message says "Unable to fetch your statement at this time, please try again later. This means that your invoice was just made, meaning that it can take up to 48 hours for the invoice to be available to be downloaded
Step 4
Click the download button on the top right and save the file to keep a copy of your Frank Bill
