To download your bills via the Frank Energy mobile app, log in with your credentials, navigate to your account dashboard, and download your bills directly. This method is user-friendly and quick, especially for users familiar with the app.

If you’re unable to retrieve your bills after trying the methods above, you can contact Frank Energy Support for help. You’ll need to provide your full name, registered email address, customer number, and date of birth for verification. The support team can help address specific issues, like locating older bills or clarifying billing details.

After logging in or opening My Account, Click "Bills" as shown on the bottom of your screen.

Click the "Download" button on the copy of the invoice that you require
Please Note: If you click download and a message says "Unable to fetch your statement at this time, please try again later. This means that your invoice was just made, meaning that it can take up to 48 hours for the invoice to be available to be downloaded Additionally, note that bills correspond to the preceding month’s usage. For instance, an April bill may be generated and available for download in May.

Click the download button on the top right and save the file to keep a copy of your Frank Bill
