This article goes over how to register for My Account on the Frank Energy app
*Please note you must have a completed sign up made with Frank Energy to register for My Account. If you have not signed up with Frank Energy you can click the link below to sign up with us.
Already signed up with us? Follow the steps below to register for My Account
Step 1
Open the Frank Energy App
If you do not have the Frank Energy App, you can download this for free via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2
Enter your email address and click Continue
Step 3
Enter your First and Last name that you have used on your application to join Frank Energy as well as set up a password and enter your customer number and then click "Activate".
Awesome! You are now registered for My Account, if you are brand new to Frank some of the features can take some time to be available to view.
