If you have forgotten your password for your My Account Log In, below are our easy to follow instructions on how to reset your password

Step 1

Open the Frank Energy App on your mobile device, and once opened enter your email address

Step 2

Click the forgot password option as shown below

Step 3

Select to either have a magic link sent to your email address or to have a reset password email sent to your email address

Step 4

Check your email, We've sent you a magic link/reset password link you can use to log back into My Account

Please Note: The Magic Link and Reset Password Link do expire after 24 hours.

Step 5

i. If you have selected the Magic Link option open your email for the Magic Link and select the Login to Energy IQ Button

ii. If you have selected the Reset Password option open your email for the Reset Password and select Reset my password Button
