Got a new phone number or a new email address and needing to update your contact details. You can do this yourself when you log onto My Account on our website.

Step 1

Visit our website www.frankenergy.co.nz and select My Account at the top right corner, Already logged in? skip ahead to step 3

Step 2

Log in to My Account with your email address and password

Once logged in click on "Profile" at the top right corner to bring a drop box of options and select "Personal & account details"

Step 4

Click on "Edit" in the specific field that you are wanting to update whether it is your Postal address, Account Email, Mobile Phone or Login Email to get your details updated
