If you miss any of your payments, we may cancel the ReliaBill, especially after multiple dishonored payments, and notify you in writing by email or post. Ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid such issues.
A late payment fee and/or a dishonour fee may apply to your account.
If your ReliaBill Direct Debit is cancelled, you can resume it by making a manual payment to clear any overdue balance, using your customer number. Then, contact Frank Energy Support via Live Chat during business hours to reinstate the arrangement. Adjustments to payment schedules or additional payments might be required.
