Why does the app still show power usage after closing my account?

After you have cancelled your Frank Energy Account, the app may continue to show usage on the app, this is because the Final Invoice has not been billed yet.

Once your Final Meter Reading has been completed, your Final Invoice will be produced, and the app will update itself to stop usage showing beyond your account closure date. You will not be charged for usage past the date of your Final Meter Reading.
