Follow these steps for the app:
Open the Frank app on your phone.
Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen.
Enter your email address. We’ll send a password reset link to that address.
Open the email, tap the reset link and follow the steps.
Follow these steps for the web:
Open the Frank website.
Click My Account in the top right corner.
Enter your email address and click continue.
Click “Forgot password”. We’ll send a password reset link to the email you entered in the previous step.
Open the email, click the reset link and follow the steps.
Important: The email address must be the same one you used when you registered for My Account/Frank app.
Not getting the email?
Make sure you’re using the correct email for your account.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Didn’t arrive? Try again — and give it a minute.
Link expired?
Request a new reset link and use the latest email (older links expire).
