I’ve forgotten my password

No worries — we’ll get you back in.

Follow these steps for the app:

  1. Open the Frank app on your phone.

  2. Tap “Forgot password” on the login screen.

  3. Enter your email address. We’ll send a password reset link to that address.

  4. Open the email, tap the reset link and follow the steps.

Follow these steps for the web:

  1. Open the Frank website.

  2. Click My Account in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email address and click continue.

  4. Click “Forgot password”. We’ll send a password reset link to the email you entered in the previous step.

  5. Open the email, click the reset link and follow the steps.

Important: The email address must be the same one you used when you registered for My Account/Frank app.

Not getting the email?

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email for your account.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Didn’t arrive? Try again — and give it a minute.

Link expired?
Request a new reset link and use the latest email (older links expire).
