How to update your details
Step 1: Log in to My Account
Go to our website and select My Account. Log in with your email and password.
Step 2: Go to your profile
Once logged in, go to Profile in the top menu and select Personal & account details.
Step 3: Edit your details
Find the detail you want to update and select Edit next to it.
Step 4: Save your changes
Update your information and select Save. You’ll see a confirmation once your changes are saved.
Before you update your details
Updating your postal address does not change your address of supply.
What you can’t update in My Account
If you need to add, remove, or change an authorised party, account holder, or customer number, you’ll need to chat with our team via Live Chat or book a call.
