Deleting your login removes your access to My Account, however it doesn’t close your Frank Energy account or affect your power supply.
You can come back any time and create a new login if you change your mind.
On Android
Open the Frank Energy app.
Tap Profile.
Tap My details, then Delete Login.
You’ll be asked to confirm. Tap Delete Login again to finish.
On iOS
Open the Frank Energy app.
Tap Profile.
Tap your name at the top, then Delete Login.
Confirm by tapping Delete Login again.
Web Browser
Log into My Account on the Frank Energy Website
Select Profile
Select Personal & account details
Scroll down and click Delete Login
