Why have I received a letter when my preference is for email?

It is possible your email may have bounced?

To check your email details are correct, Log in to My Account on our app and website and go to account settings for the app or account details via our website and check under Account email that we have the right info, if not you can update your email there.

The other reason you may have got it in the post is Marketing & Promotions is not set to email, you can update this setting in My Account.
