Why have I received a letter when my preference is for email?

It is possible your email may have bounced?

Please get in touch with us during our business hours and we can check whether we have the correct email address

The other reason you may have got it in the post is, sometimes price change notifications may be sent to spam folders (usually if there are lots of tables or numbers). It’s important customers receive notifications about any price changes, if we think it is likely to go to spam we will post a letter instead.
