If you’re expecting a bill and haven’t received it yet, here are a few ways to check where it might be.

Need your bill now?

The fastest way to access your bill is online.

You can view and download your latest bill anytime by logging into My Account. Your bill is available there as soon as it’s issued, no waiting required.

If you receive your bill by email

  • Check your junk or spam folder

  • If you use a work email address, your IT team may need to allow emails from us

  • Make sure your email address in My Account is correct

  • Try searching your inbox for “Frank Energy”

If you receive your bill by post

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location.

  • Bills usually arrive within 5-7 working days after they’re sent

  • Check your postal address in My Account is correct

  • If you live in a rural area or have experienced delivery issues before, you may want to check with your postal provider

You can also switch to email billing to receive your bills sooner.
