First, check your junk or spam folder — sometimes our emails take a detour.
To make sure we land in your inbox next time, add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
If you use a work email, it might be worth asking your IT team to whitelist us — they’re usually the gatekeepers.
Still can’t find it? You can always view or download your current and past bills by logging into My Account
If you usually get your bill by post
Mail can take a few extra days (5–7 working days after it’s sent).
If it’s been longer than that, check your postal address details are correct in My Account.
If you’ve had mail issues before, or live in a rural delivery area, it’s worth checking with your local postal provider to make sure deliveries are running as expected.
You can also switch to e-billing to get your invoices faster (and skip the letterbox waiting game).
