You can view and download your latest bill anytime by logging into My Account. Your bill is available there as soon as it’s issued, no waiting required.
If you receive your bill by email
Check your junk or spam folder
Add onlinebill@[email protected] to your safe senders list
If you use a work email address, your IT team may need to allow emails from us
Make sure your email address in My Account is correct
Try searching your inbox for “Frank Energy”
If you receive your bill by post
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location.
Bills usually arrive within 5-7 working days after they’re sent
Check your postal address in My Account is correct
If you live in a rural area or have experienced delivery issues before, you may want to check with your postal provider
