Moving House - How to do this via the phone app

Moving house and do not have the time to do this on the phone, we have made this easy to use guide below so you can arrange your house move by the following the steps below

Step 1

Log in to My Account - If you are already logged in, proceed to step 2

Step 2

Click the there dots on the top right hand side as shown below

Step 3

Click the Moving House option

Step 4

Enter your move out date for your current address and select next at the bottom of your screen to proceed to the next step

Step 5

Enter your New Property address, your move in date and select next to proceed to next step

Step 6

Select what utilities you need for your new address and select next

Please note, we're no longer offering Natural or Bottled Gas (LPG) for new connections when moving house, find out more.

Step 7

Is anyone at your new address reliant on mains electricity and/or natural gas or bottled gas (LPG) for a critical medical condition? if yes, please select yes, if no please select no, then select next to proceed to the next step

Step 8

Is there a dog at your new property?

Step 9

Is there anything that could prevent a meter reader accessing the meter at your new property?

Step 10

The final step, double check your contact details are correct, and if needed you can update this here, once you ticked the T's and C's box and click submit.

Great. You're all done!

We've now got the info about your move and once our team have processed this, we will send you a confirmation email within 3 X business days.
