1. The following terms and conditions (Terms) apply to ‘Order Bottled Gas via the Frank App and be in to WIN! ’ (Competition). Entry into the Competition is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter of the Competition is Frank Energy (Frank). Frank reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms at any time without prior notice. All decisions of Frank in relation to the Competition are final and binding.

Entry requirements

3. Entry is open to all Frank LPG customers who order LPG gas bottles through the Frank App (Eligible Entrant) except employees, contractors or agents of Frank (or any third party involved in the Competition), and their immediate families.

4. Entries must be received during the competition period, which starts on Thursday 13 June 2024, and ends on Saturday 31 August 2024.

5. To enter, eligible customers must order an LPG gas bottle via the Frank mobile app during the competition period. Any entry not complying with these requirements is invalid. Frank may verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.

6. Each Eligible Entrant may only submit one entry to the Competition and can win only 1 of the 3 available prizes.

7. All entries become the property of Frank. Any personal information provided or collected as part of the Competition will be held by Frank in accordance with its Privacy Policy. (frankenergy.co.nz/legal-stuff/privacy-policy)

The Prize

8. The prize is an account credit to the value $350.00 and will be applied to the prize winners Frank account (Prize). If the Prize (or part of) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Frank’s control, Frank may substitute the Prize (or part of) for an alternative Prize at its discretion.

9. There will be 1 prize winner drawn for each month of June, July and August, 3 prize draws in total. Prize draws will be conducted on the following dates: Friday 5 July 2024, Friday 9 August 2024 and Friday 6 September 2024. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize. The winner will be notified by phone call within 5 business days of the Prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, a new winner will be drawn.

10. If the Prize is to be delivered, it must be delivered to a New Zealand address. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for all costs associated with the Prize that are not explicitly stated in these Terms.

11. The Prize cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash. No other person may participate or claim the Prize on the winner’s behalf.

12. If a winner ceases to be an Eligible Entrant before they have redeemed the Prize, they cannot redeem the Prize or receive any consideration for the Prize.

Marketing and Promotion

13. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable promotional requests relating to the Prize without compensation, including being interviewed, photographed or filmed (Promotional Material).

14. Frank may use the winner’s name and any Promotional Material for any marketing and promotional purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Promotional Material are the property of Frank.

Liability

15. Frank makes no representation as to the Prize's fitness for purpose, safety or other conditions.

16. To the extent permitted by law, Frank (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes any liability it may have to any participant arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.

17. Frank is not liable or responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly entered entries, or any technical malfunction, delay or loss of data that may result in the failure or delay of the entry into the Competition.
