Below are the instructions on how you can arrange moving houses when you log onto My Account on our website.
Not sure how to log in? follow this link below or skip ahead to Step 1 if you are already logged in.
Step 1
Once logged in click on "Profile" at the top right corner to bring a drop box of options and select "Moving House"
Step 2
Select your moving out date of your current address, then enter your new property address and move in date for your new address
(moving dates do not have to fall on the same date)
The click Next.
Step 3
Please note, we're no longer offering Natural or Bottled Gas (LPG) for new connections when moving house, find out more.
Select Yes or No to the following questions regarding Medical Dependency, if there is a dog at your new address, and if there are any access issues for the meter at your new address. Then click Next.
Step 4
Double check your contact details are up to date, and if needed you can update this here
and once you ticked the T's and C's box and click submit
Great. You're all done!
We've now got the info about your move and once our team have processed this, we will send you a confirmation email, usually within 3 X business days.
