Mobile number
Account email address
Login email address
Postal address
What you can’t update here
You cannot add, remove, or change an authorised party, account holder, customer name, or account name through My Account. For that, jump on Live Chat and we will help you sort it properly.
How to update your details
Step 1: Log in to My Account
Head to our website and select My Account. Log in using your email address and password.
Step 2: Go to your profile
Once logged in, select Profile from the top menu, then choose Personal & account details from the dropdown.
Step 3: Edit your details
Find the detail you want to update and click Edit next to it.
Step 4: Save your changes
Update your information and hit Save. You will see confirmation once your changes have been successfully saved.
A quick reminder
Updating your postal address does not change your address of supply.
