Below are the instructions on how you can update your contact details such as your mobile number & email address on My Account on our website.
*Please Note you can not add/remove/change an authorised party or account holder via My Account. To add/remove/change an authorised party please via Live Chat with our team who will go over the correct process for this.

Step 1
After logging into My Account click on "Profile" as shown to bring a drop box of options and select "Personal & account details"
Step 2
Select "Edit" on the information that you are wanting to update.
Please Note: Customer Name and Account Name can not be edited here, if needing to update Customer Name or Account Name, please Live Chat with our team who will go over the correct process for this.
Step 3
Once you have finished editing the details that you are wanting to update select save

Your edited changes will shown as saved as shown below
NB: Updating the Postal address does not change your address of supply, if you are wanting to arrange a house move please select the Moving House Option below for a step by step guide on how to do this
