How to arrange a house move via My Account (Mobile App Version)

Below are the instructions on how you can arrange moving houses when you log onto My Account on our website.

Not sure how to log in? follow this link below or skip ahead to Step 1 if you are already logged in.

Step 1.

On the main dashboard of My Account click the three dots as shown below, then click move house

Step 2

Enter your move out date and click next

Please note: Moving in/out dates do not have to fall on the same date

Step 3

Enter your new address and moving in date and click Next

Please note: Moving in/out dates do not have to fall on the same date

Step 4

Answer the following questions

i. Is anyone at your new address reliant on mains electricity for a critical medical condition? Yes/No

ii. Is there a dog at your new property? Yes/No

iii. Is there anything that could prevent a meter reader assessing the meter at your new property? Yes/No

Step 5

Confirm your mobile number and Email address is correct, tick the submit application box accepting Frank Energy's T's and C's and select Next.

Great. You're all done!

We've now got the info about your house move and once our team have processed this, we will send you a confirmation email, usually within 3 X business days.
