Once your final payment has been processed and your account balance is cleared, your Direct Debit will automatically be cancelled. No further payments will be taken, so you don’t need to manually stop it yourself.
If you are paying by ReliaBill, your final Direct Debit payment may be adjusted so that only the exact amount needed to settle your account is taken. After that, the Direct Debit arrangement ends automatically.
