This article goes over how to download a copy of your Frank Bill on My Account via our website.
Step 1
Visit our website www.frankenergy.co.nz and select My Account at the top right corner, Already logged in? skip ahead to step 3
Step 2
Log in to My Account with your email address and password

Once logged in click on "Bills" at the top right corner to bring a drop box of options and select "Transaction History"
Step 4
Click the "Download" button on the copy of the invoice that you require
Please Note: If you click download and a message says "Unable to fetch your statement at this time, please try again later. This means that your invoice was just made, meaning that it can take up to 48 hours for the invoice to be available to be downloaded.
Depending on what type of browser you are using, the download invoice will show up on your downloads tab ready for you to view
