Need to update your mobile number or email address? Easy. Here’s how to do it in My Account on our website.
⚠️ Heads up: You can’t add, remove, or change an authorised party or account holder through My Account. If you need to do that, hop on Live Chat and our team will guide you through the right process.
Step 1: Log in to My Account
Once you’re in, select Profile from the top menu. A dropdown will appear — choose Personal & account details.
Step 2: Edit your details
Next to the info you’d like to change, click Edit.
👋 Note: You can’t update your Customer Name or Account Name here. To do that, reach out to us via Live Chat so we can help get it sorted properly.
Step 3: Save your changes
Once you’ve updated your details, hit Save. You’ll see confirmation that your new info has been saved successfully.
🏠 Just a reminder: updating your postal address won’t change your address of supply.
